REFUND POLICY
At Cheapscoots, all products sold on this website are digital products only.
When you place an order, you purchase a digital image file related to the selected product (for example scooter images, helmet images, accessory images, or similar downloadable visual content). No physical goods are shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered by email or made available for download.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Misunderstanding the product type
- Failure to read the product description
- Inability to use the file on your device
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- The file was not delivered after reasonable support attempts
- The file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot replace it
